On October 11-12, the Kaishan Compressor Overseas Business Global Conference was held at Kaishan Compressor USA in Loxley County, Alabama, USA. Chairman Cao Kejian attended the meeting, and General Manager Tang Yan attended the meeting via video in Jakarta.
The meeting was held by KCA CEO Mr. Keith Schumacher and KCA President Mr Hosted by Dave George. Mr. Mark Ferguson, CEO of KA, Mr. Jayraj Thakar, CEO of KMI, Mr. Marek Cieslak, CEO of Kaishan Europe, Mr. John Byrne, CEO of Kaishan MEA, as well as Cui Feng, General Manager of Kaishan Asia Pacific Sales Company and Li Heng, Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting. LMF Company and Kaishan Taiwan Company are absent from the meeting.
There are two agenda items for this meeting. Firstly, we will introduce key products such as oil-free screw air compressors, centrifugal air compressors, and natural gas compressors to the attendees. Secondly, each company will introduce their business growth and performance in the past three years, report on their research and analysis results in their respective markets, and propose the next stage of business focus and problems that need to be addressed. The meeting discussed the development prospects of each company in the next three years.
Chairman Cao Kejian gave a concluding speech. He pointed out that the last global business conference was held in 2019 when KCA’s new factory was completed and opened. In just three years, KCA achieved a sales scale of about 50 million US dollars and established a distribution network with nearly 100 dealers in North America and Latin America. The North American market share reached about 8%, achieving considerable profits. In the past three years, although there has been a once-in-a-century pandemic and major changes in the political and economic situation, all overseas companies at Kaishan have gone against the tide and achieved considerable sales scale. This year, the overseas compressor business revenue is expected to reach 125 million US dollars, and it is particularly commendable that no overseas company is losing money. Looking ahead to the future, he requested each company to develop a three-year business plan for 2023-2025, determine market development strategies, clarify annual work goals and tasks, and strive to achieve the goal of overseas compressor business revenue reaching 250 million US dollars by 2025, no later than 2026. To this end, we need to gather strength to further enhance the brand image of Kaishan, strengthen the cohesion between Kaishan’s domestic team and overseas companies, improve efficiency, push more high value-added products to the market, and occupy a higher market share.
